Mentoring

Routes Learning provides a bespoke life and education development service that aims to provide young people with the opportunities to build confidence, resilience and motivation to engage in lifelong learning, whether that’s in an education, training or employment setting. By building these foundations, we believe that any young person can succeed in achieving their goals and with the right support, focus and guidance, anything is possible. 

A Person Centred approach is fundamental in our way of working, as we recognise the importance of understanding individual needs and how we can meet them to achieve best outcomes. 

All of our programmes are delivered on a One to One basis by experienced mentors, so we can tailor each session to meet exact needs. This approach provides great flexibility in the types of activities we can offer and locations in which it can be delivered, whether that is in the community, at an existing college/training or work placement. 

The three key areas that we focus on are Life Skills, Education and Employability. We can develop a bespoke package that looks at each area separately or in combination and work with every young person to identify and set goals that are meaningful for them.
